摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮蛋氨酸水平对北京油鸡(简称油鸡)产蛋高峰期(27~34周龄)生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响,以确定产蛋高峰期饲粮蛋氨酸水平,为今后制定油鸡产蛋期饲养标准提供依据。采用单因子设计,选择体重无显著差异(P>0.05)的26周龄油鸡母鸡324只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复6笼,每笼3只。各组随机饲喂3种粉状试验饲粮,饲粮代谢能(11.31 MJ/kg)和粗蛋白质水平(15%)相同,蛋氨酸水平分别为0.34%、0.42%、0.48%。试验测定27~30周龄、31~34周龄、27~34周龄油鸡生产性能,30、34周龄蛋品质,34周龄血清免疫、抗氧化指标。结果表明:1)27~30周龄、31~34周龄,油鸡的周平均采食量、周平均蛋重、料蛋比、产蛋率、死淘率均不受饲粮蛋氨酸水平的显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮蛋氨酸水平有影响27~34周龄产蛋率的趋势(P=0.056)。27~34周龄,0.34%组的周平均蛋重最高,料蛋比较低。2)饲粮蛋氨酸水平显著影响30周龄蛋白高度和哈氏单位(P<0.05),其中0.34%组的蛋白高度、哈氏单位显著高于0.42%组(P<0.05),但和0.48%组差异不显著(P>0.05);饲粮蛋氨酸水平对34周龄平均蛋重有影响的趋势(P=0.054),但对其他蛋品质指标影响均不显著(P>0.05)。0.34%组的蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄色泽、鸡蛋等级最高。3)饲粮蛋氨酸水平对34周龄血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性有影响的趋势(P=0.052),饲粮蛋氨酸水平为0.34%时,血清总蛋白、白蛋白和溶菌酶含量最高,尿素氮、丙二醛含量最低,总抗氧化能力较高。综合考虑生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的结果,建议油鸡产蛋高峰期(27~34周龄)饲粮蛋氨酸水平为0.34%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary methionine(Met)levels on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indices of Beijing You chickens(BYC)during peak laying period(27 to 34 weeks of age),so as to determine the dietary Met level during peak laying period,and to provide a basis for the feeding standards of BYC in the future.A single-factorial design was used.A total of 324 BYC laying hens at 26 weeks of age with no significant difference in body weight(P>0.05)were randomly selected.The birds were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates each,6 cages per replicate and 3 hens per cage.Birds in each group were randomly fed one of three experimental diets,and the metabolizable energy(11.31 MJ/kg)and crude protein levels(15%)were the same,and the Met levels were 0.34%,0.42%and 0.48%,respectively.Growth performance of BYC aged from 27 to 30 weeks,31 to 34 weeks and 27 to 34 weeks was determined.Egg quality was measured at weeks 30 and 34.Serum immune and antioxidant indices were measured at week 34.The results showed as follows:1)dietary Met level did not affect average weekly feed intake and average weekly egg weight,feed to egg ratio,egg laying rate and mortality rate of BYC aged from 27 to 30 weeks and 31 to 34 weeks(P>0.05).Dietary Met level had the influence trend on egg laying rate of BYC aged from 27 to 34 weeks(P=0.056).Dietary Met level of 0.34%group had the highest average weekly egg weight,higher laying rate and lower feed to egg ratio aged from 27 to 34 weeks.2)Dietary Met level significantly affected the albumen height and Haugh unit(HU)of 30-week-old BYC(P<0.05),and the albumen height and HU of 0.34%group were significantly higher than those of 0.42%group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences compared with 0.48%group(P>0.05).Dietary Met level had the influence trend on the average weekly egg weight at 34 weeks of age during laying period(P=0.054),but had no significant effects on other egg quality indices(P>0.05).The eggshell strength,albumen height,H
