摘　　要：本文通过对当前国有企业资本运营模式现实需要进行了全面分析,从对企业规模影响最大的两种模式出发,结合分析福建省国有企业混合所有制改革、新三板挂牌真实案例,为国有企业资本运营业务提供参考。Through a comprehensive analysis of the realistic needs of the current capital operation models of stateowned enterprises(SOEs),starting from the two models that have the greatest impact on the scale of the enterprises,combined with an analysis of real cases of mixed ownership reform and new over-the-counter market-board listing of SOEs in Fujian Province,to provide reference for the capital operation business of SOEs.
