摘  要:铁路认知的社会建构贯穿于晚清史,是中国铁路史更完整且更显著的表现。根据焦点问题的迁移,可将其划分为起源阶段(1834—1861)、增长阶段(1861—1894)和转向阶段(1894—1912)。晚清铁路认知发展历程呈现出前瞻性、互动性、综合性和公共性的基本特征,并在不同的阶段各有建构动力。一分为二地看,铁路认知的变革意义在于同步发生的科技观更新,而其局限则是折射出中国近现代科技转型的滞后性和偏移性。作为案例的这段兼具普遍性与特殊性的曲折历史,从思想观念的本质和实践应用的取向两方面为当代中国把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革的机遇提供了可资参鉴的经验和教训。The social construction of railway cognition runs through the history of the late Qing Dynasty,which makes Chinese railway history become more complete and significant.According to the transfer of the focal issue,the development of railway cognition in the Late Qing Dynasty can be divided into the stage of origin(1834-1861),the stage of growth(1861-1894)and the stage of turning(1894-1912).This development reveals some basic features including prospectiveness,interactivity,comprehensiveness and publicity,and shows its own construction motivation in different stages.Viewed from both ways,the transformative significance of railway cognition lies in the synchronous renewal of scientific and technological view,while reflects the limitation that the backward and deviation of transformation of science and technology in modern China.As a case,this tortuous history with universality and particularity also provides experience and lessons for contemporary China to seize the opportunity of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in terms of the nature of ideas and practical application.
