新疆维吾尔族成人骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]不同垂直骨面型下颌联合形态的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较新疆维吾尔族成人骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者不同垂直骨面型下颌联合形态的差异。方法:选取2017年-2020年就诊于新疆医科大学附属口腔医学院口腔正畸科的85例维吾尔族成年患者,年龄18~30岁,平均年龄24.42岁,包括21例骨性Ⅰ类均角患者和64例骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者,根据下颌平面角(SN-MP)和前后面高比(S-Go/N-Me),将骨性Ⅱ类患者分为三组。高角组23例(ANB>4.7°,SN-MP>40°,S-Go/N-Me<62%),均角组:21例(ANB>4.7°,29°≤SN-MP≤40°,62%≤S-Go/N-Me≤68%),低角组20例(ANB>4.7°,SN-MP<29°,S-Go/N-Me>68%)。拍摄自然头位下头颅侧位片,利用Winceph8.0软件定点测量分析下颌联合的相关指标,采用SPSS22.0软件对相关数据进行分析。结果:下颌联合的高度、下颌联合高/宽比(H/A)、Holdway率与下颌平面角呈正相关,下切牙的倾斜度(IMPA)、下颌联合的宽度、下颌联合角度与下颌平面角呈负相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),下颌联合的角度与下切牙倾斜度存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:下颌联合的形态与垂直骨面型有关。Objective To compare the difference of mandibular symphysis morphology and the relationship between mandibular symphysis morphology and inclination of lower incisor in Xinjiang uygur adult patients with Seletal classⅡ malocclusion patients. Methods 85 Xinjiang uyghur adults with skeletal Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ malocclusion were chosen and divided into four groups according to vertical and sagittal skeletal pattern: Class Ⅰ-normal-trend-growth-pattern group(n=21), Class Ⅱ-verticalgrowth-pattern group(n=23), Class Ⅱ normal-trend-growth-pattern group(n=21), Class Ⅱ-horizontal-growth-pattern(n=20).The lateral cephalometric images under the natural cephalometric position were taken.The relevant indexes of the mandibular symphysis were measured and analyzed using Winceph 8.0 software.Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0. Results The height of the mandibular symphysis,the height/width ratio(H/A) and Holwway ratio of mandibular symphysis were positively related with mandibular plane Angle, and the inclination of the lower incisors(IMPA), the width of the mandibular symphysis,and mandibular symphysis angle were negatively correlated with mandibular plane Angle, statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Angle of the mandibular symphysis and the lower incisors exists significant correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion The morphology of mandibular symphysis and the location of the lower incisors are related to the vertical pattern.
