摘　　要：目的:研究CERECAC系统制作瓷贴面在前牙缺损修复中的效果。方法:选择笔者医院2018年5月-2019年11月收治的60例前牙缺损患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用CERECAC系统制作瓷贴面(共133个瓷贴面)并行牙缺损修复治疗,要求患者治疗6个月及1年后回院复诊,比较修复体完整度、颜色匹配、边缘合适性、舒适度及边缘着色情况,并采用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS),统计患者自我治疗满意度。结果:采用USPHS评分细则评估患者瓷贴面佩戴效果,随访6个月后复查资料显示,60例患者中有1例贴面折裂,1例贴面粘接后有轻微不适感,1例患者边缘有轻微着色,成功率为95.00%(57/60);随访12个月,有3例患者因长期饮用咖啡及茶叶,导致修复体颜色加深及边缘染色,1例患者贴面折裂,成功率为93.33%(56/60);患者采用VAS量表瓷贴面前牙修复效果进行自评,其平均得分为(9.13±0.68)分。结论:CERECAC系统制作瓷贴面在前牙缺损修复中具有较高的应用价值,患者满意度较高。Objective To investigate effect of CEREC AC-fabricated porcelain laminate veneers in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth defect. Methods Sixty patients with anterior teeth defect receiving restoration with CEREC AC-fabricated porcelain laminate veneers(133 porcelain veneers) in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were selected.At the sixth-and twelfth-mon recall, the integrity of porcelain laminate veneer color matching, marginal adaptation, comfort degree and edge discoloration of the restorations were recorded, and the visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to assess the patients’ self-treatment satisfaction. Results United States Public Health Service(USPHS) criteria were utilized to evaluate the porcelain laminate veneers. The sixth month follow-up showed 60 cases of veneer fracture,1 case of slight discomfort, and 1 case of slight edge discoloration, with a success rate of 95.00%(57/60).The twelfth month follow-up showed 3 cases of extrinsic discolorations caused by coffee and tea, and 1 case of veneer fracture, with a success rate of 93.33%(56/60). The average VAS score was 9.13±0.68. Conclusion CEREC AC-fabricated porcelain laminate veneers in restoration of anterior teeth defect has great clinical value, with high patient satisfaction degree.
