远程医疗对我国5省农村贫困地区居民健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨远程医疗对农村贫困地区居民健康状况的影响,为有效推进健康扶贫工作和健康中国建设提供参考。方法:利用2018-2019年我国5省的“精准健康扶贫与人口发展”专项调查数据,采用有序Probit模型和区间回归模型,从生理健康和心理健康2个维度定量分析远程医疗对农村居民健康状况的影响。结果:农村贫困地区居民健康状况总体处于中等偏下水平,且远程医疗投放情况较差;远程医疗对农村贫困地区居民的生理健康和心理健康均有显著的促进作用(P<0.05);远程医疗对一般贫困地区居民生理健康状况的影响效果高于深度贫困地区居民(P<0.05),且仅对一般贫困地区居民心理健康状况有调节作用(P<0.10)。结论:远程医疗能有效改善农村贫困地区居民健康状况。建议推进远程医疗标准化建设,扩大远程医疗应用范围,统筹远程医疗发展规划。Objective: To investigate the impact of telemedicine on the health condition of residents in rural poverty-stricken areas, so as to provide references for both the promotion of the sustainable development of health poverty alleviation and the construction of healthy China. Methods: Special survey data of “targeted health poverty alleviation and population development” conducted from 2018 to 2019 in 5 provinces was used. This study adopted the ordered Probit model and interval regression model to quantitatively analyze the impacts of telemedicine on health of rural residents from the two dimensions, including physical health and mental health. Results: The health condition of residents in rural poverty-stricken areas was generally at a low-medium level, and the telemedicine delivery situation was poor. Telemedicine had a significant role in promoting the physical and mental health of residents in rural poverty-stricken areas(P<0.05). The impact of telemedicine on the physical health of residents in general poverty-stricken areas was higher than that of residents in deep poverty-stricken areas(P<0.05), and it only had a moderating effect on the mental health of residents in general poverty-stricken areas(P<0.10). Conclusions: Telemedicine can protect the health of residents in rural poverty-stricken areas. It is recommended to promote the standardization of telemedicine, expand the scope of telemedicine applications, and coordinate the telemedicine development plan.
