摘  要:松杉球壳孢能够侵害樟子松、黑松、油松等60多种针叶树,造成巨大的生态和经济损失,而化学药剂的长期使用会导致环境污染、森林有害生物产生抗药性等严重后果。瓦雷兹芽孢杆菌FZB42能够抑制多种植物病原菌的生长,试验采用硫酸铵沉淀、盐析等对FZB42发酵液进行初步分离纯化,以松杉球壳孢为指示菌,测定其抑菌活性,并通过运动性测定及生物膜形成测定对FZB42的定殖潜力进行评估。结果表明,FZB42对松杉球壳孢的抑制率为43.6%,其Landy培养基发酵液(60 h)对松杉球壳孢的抑菌率高达98%,且该发酵液能够严重破坏菌丝形态;FZB42发酵液中的有效抑菌物质为肽类物质,其分子质量大于10 ku;通过运动性试验及生物膜试验发现FZB42具有良好的体外定殖潜力。Shaeropsis sapinea can infect more than 60 kinds of conifers, such as Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica, P. thunbergii and P. tabulaeformis, causing huge ecological and economic losses. Long term use of chemicals will lead to serious consequences such as environmental pollution and resistance of forest pests. Bacillus velezensis FZB42 can inhibit the growth of a variety of plant pathogens. FZB42 fermentation broth was preliminarily separated and purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and salting out procedure and so on. The colonization ability of FZB42 was evaluated by motility test and biofilm formation test. The inhibition rate of FZB42 against S. sapinea was 43.6% and the inhibition rate of FZB42 fermentation liquid in Landy medium(60 h) was 98%. The effective antimicrobial substances in FZB42 fermentation broth were peptides with molecular weight of more than 10 ku. In addition, the results showed FZB42 had good colonization potential in vitro with swimming and swarming test and biofilm test.
