摘 要:在文化全球化的新媒体时代,非遗翻译是向世界展示国家形象,提升文化软实力的有效手段。新媒体的发展对非遗文化的传播产生积极的助推作用,也对非遗翻译提出更高要求。三明非遗文化资源丰富,但在非遗翻译和传播上存在滞后现象。针对这些不足,非遗传播应借力新媒体,采取建立双语数字化传播平台,建立翻译人才体系与双语非遗库,统一术语标准、规范翻译,保留文化精髓、贴近受众需求等对策,从而才能更好地走出去,进一步提升我国优秀传统文化的影响力。In the new media era of cultural globalization, the translation of intangible cultural heritage is an effective way to establish the national image as well as enhancing the cultural soft power. The development of new media not only plays a positive role in the spread of intangible cultural heritage, but also puts forward higher requirements for its translation. Sanming City has extremely rich intangible cultural heritage, but there are still some problems existing in the translation and publicity of intangible cultural heritage. Some effective countermeasures are put forward, such as establishing a digital communication platform, cultivating translation talents, building a bilingual database for Intangible Cultural Heritage, preserving own essence and standardization of key terms to satisfy the needs of readers, so as to promote the intangible cultural heritage to go out and further improve the influence of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
