摘 要:将消费者环境偏好的异质性和企业的环境决策引入Hotelling空间竞争模型,本文探讨在垄断竞争市场结构下,企业如何使用环境差异化策略实现可持续竞争优势。通过考察企业环境战略选择与环境创新成本、消费者环境偏好之间的关系,得到如下结论:环境创新成本很高(很低)时,企业将同时选择反应型(主动型)环境战略;环境创新成本适中时,企业将策略性地把环境水平作为实现差异化的手段,选择与竞争对手不同的环境战略;消费者环境偏好的异质性和产品本身差异化程度,通过改变“性能差异化”与“环境差异化”的替代关系,影响企业环境战略选择。最后,从企业环境创新成本、消费者环境意识角度给出企业环境策略选择与政府公共政策选择。To explore how companies can strategically utilize environmental differentiation strategies to achieve sustainable competitive advantages under a monopolistic market structure,the heterogeneity of consumers'environmental preferences and corporate's environmental decision-making are introduced into the Hotelling spatial competition model in this study.By investigating the relationship between corporate's environmental strategy selection,environmental innovation costs,and consumers'environmental preferences,this paper draws the following conclusions:When the cost of environmental innovation is high (low),companies will also choose the reactive(active)environmental strategies;when the cost of environmental innovation is moderate,companies will strategically use the environmental level as a means to achieve differentiation and choose environmental strategies that are different from their competitors;corporate's environmental strategic choice will be influenced by the heterogeneity of consumer's environmental demand and the degree of differentiation of the product itself by changing the alternative relationship between"performance differentiation"and"environmental differentiation".Finally,corresponding corporate environmental strategy choices and the government's public policy choices are proposed from the perspectives of corporate environmental innovation costs and consumer environmental consciousness.
