信息化平台助力高校思想政治工作与立德树人落实机制的实践探索——以西安交通大学为例

摘　　要：信息化时代切实落实高校思想政治工作与立德树人联动机制关系到社会主义事业“后继有人”这个根本大计。信息化时代,必须根据“00后”学生成长成才的新特点来利用大数据、云计算等新一代技术有效开展高校思想政治工作、完成立德树人育人任务。西安交通大学自主研发“教学质量大数据监测平台”和“学生综合事务信息平台”,依托信息化平台重塑学校思想政治工作流程,打造“精准采集、精准评教、精准督导、精准帮扶”思想政治工作新形态,构建“品行养成、知识传授、能力培养、思维创新”四位一体立德树人育人新模式,从而推动思想政治工作“从片面到综合、从事后到事情、从结果到过程”落实机制的实现,以期给新时期开展思想政治工作带来新启示。In the information age,the implementation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities and the establishment of a linkage mechanism between people and morality are related to the fundamental plan of“succeeding people”in the socialist cause.In the information age,we must make use of the new generation technologies such as big data and cloud computing to carry out the ideological and political work effectively and accomplish the task of moral education.Xi’an Jiaotong University independently developed“Big Data Monitoring Platform for Teaching Quality”and“Comprehensive Affairs Information Platform for Student”,relying on two information systems to reshape the ideological and political work flow of the school,to create a new form of ideological and political work of“precise collection,precise evaluation of teaching,precise supervision and precise support”and“four in one”mode of constructing moral cultivation,knowledge imparting,ability training and thinking innovation to cultivate people,in order to promote the ideological and political work to achieve all-round reform and bring new enlightenment to the ideological education work in the new period.
