摘 要:针对传统放大电路依靠手动调节增益带来的误差和不便,结合感应装定测试系统特点,提出基于四级级联放大的程控微弱信号放大装置。该装置由前置低噪声放大单元、单端转差分放大单元、DGA放大单元及差分转单端放大单元构成四级级联放大电路,利用串行通信协议及SPI通信协议完成对放大电路的控制。测试结果表明,该装置对带宽在10 Hz~100 MHz之间,最低幅值2 mV的微弱信号实现了20~60 dB程控增益不失真放大功能,为感应装定测试系统中对信号放大的需求提供了新的技术方案。Aiming at the error and inconvenience caused by the traditional amplifying circuit relying on manual gain adjustment,combined with the characteristics of the induction setting test system,a program-controlled weak signal amplifying device based on four-stage cascade amplification was proposed.The device consisted of a front low-noise amplifying unit,a single-ended to differential amplifying unit,a DGA amplifying unit and a differential to single-ended amplifying unit to form a four-stage cascaded amplifying circuit,the serial communication protocol and SPI communication protocol were used to control the amplifier circuit.The experimental results showed that the device could achieve a 20~60 dB programmable gain non-distortion amplification function for weak signals with a bandwidth between 10~100 MHz and a minimum amplitude of 2 mV.It provided a new technical solution of signal amplification for induction setting test system.
