摘  要:以四冲程单缸汽油发动机结构参数为基础,利用GT-POWER软件进行建模仿真,验证了所建模型的正确性。通过改变燃料、压缩比和空燃比将原模型优化改进为单缸甲醇发动机模型。针对单缸发动机2000~9000 r/min的转速,将甲醇发动机与汽油发动机的性能进行对比分析,以及在甲醇发动机最大扭矩转速(5000 r/min)时,对甲醇发动机与汽油机进行缸内环境的对比分析。结果表明:优化改进后的单缸甲醇发动机充气效率、缸压比原单缸汽油机高,缸内温度比原单缸汽油机低。最大扭矩和最大功率比单缸汽油机提高6%和10%,燃油经济性也得到了改善。通过优化匹配发动机结构参数,为进一步推动甲醇车用燃料作为发动机替代燃料提供了一定的理论参考。Based on the structural parameters of a four-stroke single-cylinder gasoline engine,this paper verifies the correctness of the built model by performing modeling and simulation with GT-POWER software.By changing the fuel,compression ratio and air-fuel ratio,the original model is optimized and improved into a single-cylinder methanol engine model.The performance of the methanol engine and the gasoline engine is compared and analyzed in the speed range of 2000 r/min to 9000 r/min for the single-cylinder engine.And at the maximum torque speed of methanol engine(5000 r/min),the internal cylinder environment of methanol engine and gasoline engine is also compared and analyzed.The results show that the inflating efficiency and cylinder pressure of the optimized and improved single-cylinder methanol engine are higher than the original single-cylinder gasoline engine,and the temperature inside the cylinder is lower than that of the original single cylinder gasoline engine.The maximum torque and power are 6%and 10%percent higher than single-cylinder gasoline engines respectively.Besides,the fuel economy is also improved.The optimization and matching of engine structure parameters provide a theoretical reference for further promoting methanol vehicle fuel as engine alternative fuel.
