摘 要:为提高旋叶式压缩机容积效率与动态接触特性,基于等距曲线包络原理,推导并建立了多项式曲线-圆弧曲线缸体型线数学模型,在保证压缩机密封性能前提下,压缩机基元容积效率得到提升,增加了4.36%;基于刚柔耦合动力学理论,建立了压缩机柔性叶片、刚性转子与组合型线缸体多刚柔耦合动力学模型,研究了新型压缩机叶片动态接触激励。结果表明:叶片与缸体最大接触力F_(m)较改进前减少18.59%,且振荡波动相对减小;叶片转子槽两侧的最大支反力R_(1)、R_(2)数值较改进前分别减少9.29%、12.09%。缸体型线改进后,新型压缩机具有更高的压缩效率,且叶片与缸体、转子的接触力有明显下降,有助于减小缸体、转子受叶片的冲击,降低叶片磨损、提高机械效率。In order to improve the volumetric efficiency and dynamic contact characteristics of rotary vane compressor,based on the enveloping principle of equidistance curve,the mathematical model of cylinder body line with polynomial-arc curve is deduced and established.Under the premise of ensuring the sealing performance of the compressor,the volumetric efficiency of the compressor element is improved by 4.36%.Based on the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics theory,a multi-rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the compressor’s flexible blades,rigid rotors and combined linear cylinder block is established,and the dynamic contact excitation of the compressor blades are studied.The results show that the maximum contact force F_(m) between the blades and the cylinder block is reduced by 18.59%compared with that before improvement,and the vibration fluctuation is relatively reduced.The values of R_(1) and R_(2) of the maximum branch reaction forces on both sides of the blade rotor slots are reduced by 9.29%and 12.09%respectively compared with those before improvement.After the improved cylinder body line,the new compressor has higher compression efficiency,and the contact force between the blades and the cylinder and rotor has been significantly improved,which is helpful to reduce the impact of the cylinder and rotor by the blades,and then reduce the blade wear and increase mechanical efficiency.
