摘  要:在室温下,以易获得的硫代酰胺为起始原料,乙醇为溶剂,利用H_(2)O_(2)/NaClO原位产生的单线态氧促进反应得到酰胺。通过考察氧化剂、引发剂、温度及溶剂对反应的影响,得到最优反应条件,在此条件下考察了底物范围及官能团的兼容性,酰胺类化合物产率高达99%。所有酰胺化合物均经NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy)以及MS(mass spectrum)进行了结构确证。整个合成过程无过渡金属参与,条件温和,操作简单,底物范围广,对环境友好,为酰胺类化合物的合成开辟了一条实用且有吸引力的途径。The singlet oxygen generated in situ by H_(2)O_(2)/NaClO is used to promote the transformation of amide at room temperature,which uses readily available thioamide as starting material and ethanol as solvent.In this paper,the effects of oxidant,initiator,temperature and solvent on the reaction are investigated,and the optimal reaction conditions are obtained.Under optimized conditions,the range of substrate and the compatibility of functional groups are investigated,and the highest yield of amide compounds is obtained up to 99%.The structures of all amide compounds are confirmed by NMR and MS.No transition metal is involved in the whole synthesis process.This method has the advantages of mild conditions,simple operation,high yields,wide range of substrates and environmental friendliness.It opens up a practical and attractive avenue for the synthesis of amides.
