摘　　要：目的构建机动卫勤力量护理人员抽组辅助决策信息指标体系。方法通过文献分析、专家访谈法和德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法建立机动卫勤力量护理人员抽组辅助决策信息指标体系。结果本研究两轮函询专家均为27名,两轮问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.837和0.831,Kendall协调系数分别为0.389和0.305(均P<0.01)。最终形成的机动卫勤力量护理人员抽组辅助决策信息指标体系包括5项一级指标、28项二级指标。结论机动卫勤力量护理人员抽组辅助决策信息指标体系的构建过程严谨科学,指标内容全面合理,可靠性好,为遂行多样化卫勤保障任务遴选出合适的护理人员以及未来护理人员的考核和培训方向提供参考依据,也为课题下一步构建机动卫勤力量护理人员数据库及抽组信息平台提供标准。Objective To construct a decision-making information index system for assigning nurses to the mobile medical forces.Methods Based on literature analysis,expert interview and Delphi expert consultation,the information index system for assigning nurses to the mobile medical forces was established.Results Totally 27 experts took part in two rounds of consultation,and the response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%;the authority coefficients were 0.837 and 0.831,respectively;Kendall coefficients of concordance were 0.389 and 0.305,respectively(all P<0.01).The final decision-making information index system for assigning nurses to the mobile medical force was composed of 5 first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators.Conclusions The construction process of the index system is rigorous and scientific.The index content is scientific and reliable.The establishment of the index system provides a scientific basis for the selection of appropriate nurses and the assessment and training of nurses for carrying out diversified medical support tasks.It also provides the standard for the next step of the project to construct the database of mobile medical force nurses and the decision-making information platform for sample-forming.
