摘　　要：构建稳定、可持续发展的高校高水平足球联赛体系是校园足球2.0时代四级联赛体系建设的核心工作之一,对我国校园足球发展意义重大。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在对高校高水平足球联赛体系重要性论证、现状阐释以及困境分析的基础上,构建了“区域联赛+全国联赛”模式的联赛体系。“区域联赛+全国联赛”高校高水平足球联赛体系发展过程中,要完善球队区域布局,优化联赛结构体系;推行区域高校足球联盟,合理分配各方职责权利;鼓励社会多方参与,重视联赛品牌打造;坚持育人普及初心,拓宽育才选才平台。Constructing a stable and sustainable high-level football league system in colleges and universities is one of the core tasks of the construction of the four-level league system in the era of campus football 2.0.Using literature data and logical analysis research methods,on the basis of the importance demonstration,status quo explanation and dilemma analysis of the high-level football league system in colleges and universities,constructing the league system of the “regional league +national league” mode.In the development of the league system,it is necessary to improve the regional layout of the team,optimize the league structure system,promote the regional College Football League,rationally allocate the responsibilities and rights,encourage social participation and attention building the league brand,insisting on the original heart of educating and popularizing,broadening the platform for cultivating and selecting talents.
