摘 要:为了解浙东野生梭子蟹中重金属污染的来源,采集同区域野生梭子蟹和养殖梭子蟹、生存环境和其食物样品进行比较。结果显示:野生梭子蟹的Cd、Pb均显著高于养殖梭子蟹(P<0.01),野生蟹黄的Cd、Pb、Cr均显著高于养殖蟹黄(P<0.01),野生梭子蟹中Cd超标率94.3%,蟹黄超标率100.0%。生活环境比较,野生梭子蟹的海水Cd显著高于养殖梭子蟹(P<0.01);食物比较,野生梭子蟹的食物中Cd、Pb、Cr均不高于养殖梭子蟹。养殖梭子蟹没有食用Cd、Pb、Cr含量较高的腹足类,也很少食用Cd含量较高的虾蛄、杂蟹等食物。浙东野生梭子蟹Cd、Pb、Cr含量较养殖梭子蟹高,可能与其食用腹足类、虾蛄、杂蟹有关。To explore the source of Cd,Pb and Cr in the wild Portunus trituberculatus of Eastern Zhejiang coastal,wild and the cultured Portunus trituberculatus and related living environment and food samples in the same areawere collected by compare.Cd and Pb in the wild crab were higher than cultured crab,and Cd,Pb,and Cr in the wild crab roe were higher than cultured crab.Exceeding rate of Cd in the wild crab was 94.3%,and exceeding rate of Cd in the wild crab roe was 100.0%.Cd in seawater of surroundings of the wild crab was higher than cultured crab,showing significant difference,but Cd,Pb,and Cr in other environment and food of the wild crab were all not higher than the cultured crab.cultured crab did not eat gastropod food which containing high Cd,Pb,and Cr,also rarely eat mantis shrimp,mixed crabs and other foods with high Cd content.The contents of Cd,Pb,and Cr in the wild crab in eastern Zhejiang were higher than those in cultured crab,which may be related to eating of gastropods,mantis shrimp and miscellaneous crabs.
