摘  要:目的运用三维有限元的方法,探讨不同长度种植体在下颌种植支持式单端固定桥修复中的应力分布情况。方法使用Solidworks软件建立不同长度的种植体、上部基台、牙冠及下颌骨的模型,在下颌5、6的位置上植入两枚种植体,建立种植支持式单端固定桥,导入有限元分析软件。每颗牙冠施加轴向100 N,斜向45度100 N的力,观察植体Von-Mises的应力分布情况。结果在轴向及斜向45度的力的加载作用下,Von-Mises应力峰值集中在远中种植体的颈部。近远中种植体长度一致时,近中种植体Von-Mises应力峰值随着种植体长度的增加而减小。长度不一致时,两种植体长度差减小时,Von-Mises应力最大峰值也相应减小。结论在种植单端固定桥修复中,近远中种植体应选择长度较长且尽量接近的种植体,游离端悬臂结构应适当减少近远中径及颊舌径。Objective To investigate the stress distribution of implants of different lengths by using three-dimensional finite element method.Methods Solidworks software was used to establish models of implants of different lengths,upper abutments,crowns,and mandibles,and two implants were placed in the positions of mandibles 5 and 6 to establish cantilevered implant-supported fixed partial denture,which were imported into finite element analysis software.A force of 100 N in the axial direction and 100 N in the oblique direction at 45 degree was applied to each crown to observe the stress distribution of the Von-Mises of the plant.Results Under axial and oblique 45 degree force loading,the maximum Von-Mises stress was concentrated in the neck of the distal implant.When the mesiodistal implant length was the same,the maximum peak Von-Mises stress of the mesiodistal implant decreased with the increasing of implant length under the application of axial and oblique 45 degree forces,and when the mesiodistal implant length difference decreased,the maximum peak Von-Mises stress also decreased correspondingly.Conclusion In the cantilevered implant-supported fixed partial denture,the implants with longer length and as close as possible should be selected for mesial and distal implants,and the free-end cantilever structure should appropriately reduce the mesiodistal diameter and buccolingual diameter.
