释《周易》古经屯卦本义

摘　　要：许多人都知道屯卦有始生之难义,却罕有解《易》著作完整地将此义贯穿于屯卦的全部卦爻辞。况且,屯卦不仅有始生之难义,还有屯聚、屯积义。始生之难与屯聚、屯积义合起来,则屯卦的主题可以总结为创业艰辛守成难。卦辞着重讲创业最重要的事情,莫过于建立一个坚强有力的组织领导机构,这是做好其他事情的基础和保障;初爻讲创业要从建立坚强有力的组织领导机构开始以及创建这样一个机构的不易;二爻讲事业要经历长期艰难的成长过程才能走向成功,爻辞中“字”字的训释涉及传统训诂方法问题;三爻讲事业的成功离不开正确的决策与谋划;四爻讲事业终将走向成功;五爻讲事业成功以后,人们往往容易贪图享受,将成功果实据为己有,而不是将大部分拿出来与众人共同分享,如此则难保已经取得的成功基业;上爻则印证了保住成功基业的艰难与不易。Many scholars are aware that the Zhun hexagram[■,3]means the difficulty at the beginning,but few thread this meaning through the six line-statements in their interpretations.In addition,this hexagram also means gathering together and storing up.All these meanings demonstrate that the theme of the hexagram is the hardship of starting a business and the difficulty of maintaining previous achievements.The hexagram statement stresses that when starting a business nothing is more important than establish a strong and powerful leading organ—the foundation and guarantee for other things;the bottom line means the starting of a business should start from establish a strong and powerful leading organ and the difficulty in setting up this organization;line 2 connotes that a business need to experience a long-term hard growing process to its success;line 3 discourses that a business can’t succeed without correct decision-makings and plans;line 4 means that the cause will eventually lead to success;line 5 means that after success,people tend to seek enjoyment and appropriate the fruits of success rather than share most parts with other people,in such a way the cause will be difficult to stay for sure;the top line validates the difficulty in holding on the former success.
