摘　　要：借鉴扎根分析的流程,选取格兰仕、迈瑞和比亚迪公司为样本开展纵向案例研究,归纳转型升级企业的创新链管理模式类型并总结各个类型相对应的支撑能力体系。研究结果指出转型升级企业创新活动的特殊性,即不仅涉及常规的概念化、研究开发等创新环节,还包括既有创新资源与能力迁移这一重要环节,基于企业在以上环节的主导程度,将创新链组合模式归纳为温和型组合、平衡型组合和开拓型组合三个类型。不同模式要求企业具备相应的支撑能力体系:温和型模式强调企业具有存量知识移用能力、市场反应能力和推广能力等;开拓型模式对企业的能力要求更高,包括自主技术掌控能力、资金支持能力和外部资源的融合能力;均衡型模式要求企业兼具以上各类能力并能合理把控转型节奏。Taking Galanz,Mindray and BYD as typical cases,a grounded theory approach is adopted to summarize the management modes of innovation chain as well as the corresponding capability support systems in the transformation and upgrading process of enterprises.The findings are as follows.Firstly,the particularity of the innovation activities in the transformation and upgrading enterprises is pointed out.That is,the process involves not only the regular innovation activities of“conceptualization”and“research and development”,but also an important activity of“innovative resources and capability migration”.Secondly,according to the dominant degree of the above activities,the innovation chain combination modes are classified as gradual combination mode,balanced combination mode and pioneering combination mode.Different combination modes require different supporting capability systems.The gradual combination mode requires market response ability,promotion ability,and the capability to transfer the stock knowledge.The pioneering combination mode has higher requirements including independent technical capability,financial support capability,and the capability to integrate the external resources.And the balanced combination mode requires all the above capabilities in a reasonable transformation pace.
