摘 要:在深地质处置过程中,玻璃固化体受到核废料中放射性核素的辐照,稳定性会受到影响,进而影响玻璃固化体对放射性核素的固化效果。本文使用γ射线辐照硼硅酸盐玻璃,吸收剂量为10^(4)~10^(7) Gy,采用紫外可见吸收光谱、拉曼光谱、红外光谱和纳米压痕等方法表征辐照后的硼硅酸盐玻璃微观与宏观性质的变化。测试结果表明:辐照后硼硅酸盐玻璃的红外光谱无明显变化;吸收光谱与光致发光谱的结果证实辐照后硼硅酸盐玻璃中有非桥氧空位色心产生,硼硅酸盐玻璃的带隙随吸收剂量的增加而减少,Urbach能量随吸收剂量的增加而增加,这说明辐照导致玻璃的无序度增加;拉曼光谱的结果证实,随着吸收剂量的增加,硼硅酸盐玻璃中[BO_(3)]结构随之减少,当吸收剂量达到10^(5) Gy时,拉曼光谱的噪声强度与吸收剂量呈正相关,与Urbach能量呈线性关系,同时,硼硅酸盐玻璃的硬度和模量随吸收剂量的增加而略微增加,推测该现象与[BO_(3)]结构的减少有关。研究结果表明,γ射线辐照能改变硼硅酸盐玻璃的网络结构。In this paper,the borosilicate glass is irradiated byγ-ray at room temperature.The changes of microscopic and macroscopic properties of irradiated borosilicate glasses before and after irradiation are characterized by nano indentation instrument,UV-Vis absorption spectrum,attenuated total reflection infrared spectrum,Raman spectrum,and photoluminescence(PL)spectrum.The results show that after irradiation the infrared spectrum of borosilicate glass has no obvious change,and non-bridging oxygen hole center(NBOHC)and bridging oxygen suspension point defects are produced in borosilicate glass,resulting in the increase of glass absorbance confirmed by absorption spectra and PL spectra.At the same time,with the increase of the absorbed dose,the number of NBOHC increases,the band gap of the glass gradually decreases,and the Urbach energy gradually increases,indicating that the irradiation leads to the increases of the disorder of borosilicate glass and the noise of Raman spectrum.When the absorbed dose reaches 10^(5) Gy,the noise intensity of Raman spectrum is positively correlated with the amount of absorbent and linear with the Urbach energy.Meanwhile,the hardness and the modulus of borosilicate glass slightly increase with the increase of absorbed dose,and it is presumed that the phenomenon is related to the decrease of[BO_(3)]structure.The results suggest thatγ-ray irradiation can also change the network structure of borosilicate glass.
