普拉洛芬滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液对翼状胬肉术后复发的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼液对翼状胬肉术后复发的疗效。方法将医院2018年5月-2021年3月收治的89例(108眼)初发性翼状胬肉患者根据术后用药的不同结合组间均衡可比的原则分为三组。每组均行翼状胬肉切除+自体结膜瓣移植术,术后采用不同的滴眼液滴眼2周,其中A组用普拉洛芬滴眼液+玻璃酸钠滴眼液;B组用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液+玻璃酸钠滴眼液;C组用普拉洛芬滴眼液+妥布霉素地塞米松眼液+玻璃酸钠滴眼液。随访观察翼状胬肉复发情况。结果术后3个月和术后6个月,C组无翼状胬肉复发;A组翼状胬肉复发率分别为5.56%和11.11%;B组翼状胬肉复发率分别为5.56%和13.89%;C组复发率明显低于其他两组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论研究结果可以观察到普拉洛芬滴眼液与妥布霉素地塞米松眼液联合用药控制翼状胬肉术后复发的趋势及优势,但由于观察的样本量较小,结果尚无统计学意义,有待进一步扩大样本量验证。Objective To explore the efficacy of pralprofen eye drops,tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic and their combination in the treatment of pterygium recurrence after operation.Methods A total of 89 patients(108 eyes)with primary pterygium treated in the hospital from May 2018 to March 2021 were divided into three groups according to the principle of balance and comparability between different combination groups.Pterygium excision and autologous conjunctival flap transplantation were performed in each group.Different eye drops were used for 2 weeks after operation.Group A was treated with praprofen eye drops+sodium hyaluronate eye drops;Group B was treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops+sodium hyaluronate eye drops;Group C was treated with praprofen eye drops+tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops+sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The recurrence of pterygium was observed.Results Three months and six months after operation,there was no recurrence of pterygium in group C.The recurrence rates of pterygium in group A were 5.56%and 11.11%,5.56%and 13.89%in group B.The recurrence rate of group C was significantly lower than that of the other two groups,but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The research results can observe the trend and advantages of the combination of praprofen eye drops and tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops in controlling the recurrence of pterygium after operation.However,due to the small sample size,the results are not statistically significant,which needs to be further expanded to verify the sample size.
