摘　　要：目的观察改良精神障碍社区康复模式在社区慢性严重精神障碍患者中的应用效果。方法从2020年12月至2021年2月广前社区在册的144例慢性严重精神障碍患者中抽取40例为研究对象,采用抽签法分成两组。对照组接受基本公共卫生常规服务模式,试验组接受改良精神障碍社区康复模式。连续观察和评价两组患者治疗与康复情况,使用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评价治疗效果,使用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评价康复效果,同时比较两组上述两量表总分。每15d评价1次,连续评价7次,历时3个月。结果2~6时点试验组BPRS评分低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。5~6时点试验组SDSS评分低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。2~6时点试验组BPRS与SDSS总分低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良精神障碍社区康复模式可提高慢性严重精神障碍患者治疗及康复效果。Objective To observe the application effect of the improving community rehabilitation model for mental disorders in community patients with chronic severe mental disorders.Methods From December 2020 to February 2021,40 patients with chronic severe mental disorders were selected from the 144 patients with chronic severe mental disorders registered in Guangqian Community,who were divided into two groups by lottery.The control group adopted the basic public health routine service model,and the experimental group adopted the improving community rehabilitation model for mental disorders.The treatment and rehabilitation conditions of the two groups of patients were continuously observed and evaluated.The treatment effect was evaluated by the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),and the rehabilitation effect was evaluated by the socialdisability screening schedule(SDSS).The evaluation was performed once every 15 days,and the evaluation was performed continuously for 7 times,which lasted for 3 months.Results The BPRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at the 2nd to 6th time points(P<0.05).The SDSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at the 5 th to 6th time points(P<0.05).The total scores of BPRS and SDSS in the experimental group at the 2nd to 6th time points were lower than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved community rehabilitation model for mental disorders can improve the treatment and rehabilitation effect of patients with chronic severe mental disorders.
