摘  要:在新鲜全株构树中分别添加叔丁基对苯二酚(T1:2g·kg^(-1)、T2:4g·kg^(-1))和没食子酸(G1:10g·kg^(-1)、G2:20g·kg^(-1)),无添加剂为对照组(CK)。青贮60d后取样,分析抗氧化剂对构树青贮养分和发酵品质的影响。结果表明:T1组粗蛋白含量显著高于CK组;G1和G2组干物质含量和中性洗涤纤维含量显著高于其他组,G1和G2组pH值和氨态氮含量显著低于CK组。添加没食子酸可提高构树青贮的干物质保存率,并减少非蛋白氮的产生,推荐添加量为10g·kg^(-1)。Tert-Butylhydroquinone(T1:2g·kg^(-1),T2:4g·kg^(-1))and gallic acid(G1:10g·kg^(-1))were added to the fresh paper mulberry.(G2:20g·kg^(-1)),no additives were treated as control group(CK).After 60 days ensiling,the effects of antioxidants on nutrients and fermentation quality of mulberry silage were analyzed.The results showed that the crude protein content in T1 group was significantly higher than CK;Dry matter content and neutral detergent fiber content in G1 and G2 groups were significantly higher than those in other groups,pH and ammonia nitrogen in G1 and G2 groups were significantly lower than CK.Gallic acid can improve dry matter content and reduce non-protein nitrogen production of mulberry silage.The recommended dosage is 10g·kg^(-1).
