摘 要:目的:探究自我效能对急诊手术室护士工作倦怠感及心理控制能力的影响。方法:问卷调查急诊手术室的25名护士人口学资料、自我效能、工作倦怠感以及心理控制能力水平,分析自我效能、工作倦怠以及心理控制能力之间的关系。结果:自我效能感(29.36±5.24)分,情绪枯竭(20.36±5.91)分,去人格化倾向(14.36±3.41)分,个人成就感(35.54±5.12)分,心理控制能力(11.36±3.27)分。职称、情绪枯竭、去人格化倾向、个人成就感、心理控制能力是自我效能感的影响因素(P<0.05)。自我效能、心理控制能力与工作倦怠感呈负相关(P<0.05);自我效能与心理控制能力呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:定期评估护士的工作自我效能水平,有助于改善护士的心理控制能力和工作倦怠感,促进团队的稳定。Objective:To explore the effect of self-efficacy on work burnout and psychological control ability of nurses in emergency operating room.Methods:The questionnaire investigated the demographic data,self-efficacy,work burnout and psychological control ability level of 25 nurses in the emergency operating room,and analyzed the relationship among self-efficacy,work burnout and psychological control ability.Results:Self-efficacy(29.36±5.24),emotional exhaustion(20.36±5.91),depersonalization tendency(14.36±3.41),self-achievement(35.54±5.12),and psychological control(11.36±3.27).Professional title,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization tendency,self-achievement,and psychological control ability are the influencing factors of self-efficacy(P<0.05).Self-efficacy and psychological control were negatively associated with work burnout(P<0.05);self-efficacy and psychological control(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular assessment of their work self-efficacy can help nurses to improve their psychological control and work burnout and promote the stability of the team.
