社区慢性病老年人认知衰弱与心理弹性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解社区慢性病老年人认知衰弱和心理弹性的现状,分析二者间的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法选取新疆石河子市社区496例社区慢性病老年人,采用一般资料表、衰弱量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、心理弹性量表进行问卷调查;并分析认知衰弱与心理弹性间的相关性。结果:最终纳入496例,其中59人患有认知衰弱,患病率11.90%;社区慢性病老年人心理弹性得分(63.37±6.47)分;相关性分析表明,认知衰弱与心理弹性呈负相关(r=-0.421,P<0.01)。结论:社区慢性病老年人认知衰弱患病率较高,社区医务人员应重视慢性病老年人心理弹性对认知衰弱的影响,积极采取干预措施,延缓慢性病老年人认知衰弱的发生。Objective:To understand the status quo of cognitive frailty and psychological resilience of the elderly with chronic diseases in the community,and to analyze the correlation between the two.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 496 elderly people with chronic diseases in the community of Shihezi City,Xinjiang.Questionnaire surveys were carried out using the General Data Sheet,Frailty Scale,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale,and Psychological?Resilience Scale.And analyze the correlation between cognitive frailty and psychological resilience.Results:Finally,496 cases were included,59 people suffered from cognitive frailty,the prevalence rate was 11.90%;the psychological?resilience score of the elderly with chronic diseases in the community was(63.37±6.47);the correlation analysis showed that cognitive frailty was negatively correlated with psychological resilience(r=-0.421,P<0.01).Conclusion:The prevalence of cognitive frailty in the elderly with chronic diseases in the community is relatively high.Community medical staff should pay attention to the impact of the mental flexibility of the elderly with chronic diseases on cognitive frailty,and actively take intervention measures to delay the occurrence of cognitive frailty in the elderly with chronic diseases.
