摘 要:由于矿物燃料的广泛使用,空气中含硫物质逐年积累,电子产品及元器件出现硫化失效的情况越来越多,电子产品与元器件的抗硫化能力提升越来越受到重视。通过质量一致性提升、增加电极保护层和采用高钯内电极浆料3种方案,提升电阻器产品的抗硫化能力,并采用ASTM B 809—95标准进行了抗硫化效果对比验证。采用对比验证,研究了3种片式膜固定电阻器抗硫化性能的提升方案,验证了抗硫化效果存在以下梯度:高钯内电极银浆料>增加电极保护层>质量一致性提升。因此,在实际的应用中可根据具体的应用场景来选择合适的抗硫化能力提升方案。Due to the widespread use of fossil fuels,the sulfur-containing substances in the air accumulate year by year,sulfurization failures in electronic products and components is more and more,and the improvement of the anti-sulfurization capability of electronic products and components has been paid more and more attention.The anti-vulcanization ability of resistors is improved through quality consistency improvement,increasing electrode protection layer and adopting high palladium inner electrode paste,and the anti-vulcanization effect is compared and verified by ASTM B 809-95 standard.By comparing and studying three anti-sulfur performance improvement schemes of chip film fixed resistors,it is verified that the anti-sulfur effect has the following gradient:the effect of using high palladium internal electrode silver paste>the effect of increasing the electrode protective layer>the effect of the quality consistency improvement.Therefore,in practical applications,an appropriate anti-vulcanization capability improvement scheme should be selected according to specific application scenarios.
