艺术文化产业视角下的高校创新创业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：从客观层次上来看,高校的任务是为社会培养人才,以便促进社会各个领域的发展与进步。在我国艺术文化产业发展趋势之下,社会对艺术文化产业人才的需求迫切,当前我国也有很多专门的艺术类高校,以便于满足艺术文化产业对创新创业人才的需求。但是结合当前我国艺术文化类人才培养的实际情况来看,存在诸多弊端,导致学生们毕业后容易出现“眼高手低”问题,无法真正契合当前艺术文化产业发展对人才的需求。该文针对艺术文化产业视角,对高校创新创业人才培养模式进行详细分析。From the objective level,the task of colleges and universities is to cultivate talents for the society,so as to promote the development and progress of all fields of society.Under the development trend of China's art and culture industry,the society has an urgent demand for talents in the art and culture industry.At present,China also has many specialized art colleges and universities to meet the needs of the art and culture industry for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.However,combined with the current actual situation of the cultivation of art and culture talents in China,there are many disadvantages,leading to the problem of"high vision and low hand"after graduation,which can not really meet the needs of the current development of art and culture industry for talents.This paper will make a detailed analysis on the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities from the perspective of art and cultural industry.
