摘　　要：由于区位与民族因素相互交织激荡、观念僵化与经济落后相互牵制、财富虹吸效应与从众心理双重作用,广西农村人力资源呈现人口基数大、素质低、流失严重等现状。而乡村振兴的关键须在尊重事实、因地制宜的原则下,谋求通过人力资源开发去撬动农村经济内生动力。基于此,提出广西农村人力资源开发对策:通过更新观念、干群徙木立信交流夯实人力资源根基;深化产业结构和布局,多渠道加速人力资本积累;完善教育与医疗体制,提高农村劳动力素质;优化乡村人文环境,形成人才聚集效应。Due to the influence of regional location and ethnic factors,the interaction of concept renewal and economic development,the dual effects of wealth siphon effect and conformity psychology,the rural human resources in Guangxi have a large population base,low quality and serious loss.The key to rural revitalization is to seek to stimulate the endogenous power of rural economy through human resource development under the principle of respecting facts and adapting measures to local conditions.This paper puts forward four countermeasures for the development of rural human resources in Guangxi.First,consolidate the foundation of human resources by renewing ideas and honest communication between cadres and the masses;Second,deepen the industrial structure and layout,and accelerate the accumulation of human capital through multiple channels;Third,improve the education and medical system and improve the quality of rural labor force;Fourth,optimize the rural humanistic environment and form a talent gathering effect.
