摘 要:针对一起220kV主变压器跳闸故障开展原因分析,根据故障录波及现场检查发现变压器35kV侧低压出口至受总开关之间软导线发生相间短路,引发了变压器差动保护动作,利用相间距离计算模型开展软导线相间距离校验,认为故障软导线弧垂及相间距离均不满足要求是造成变压器跳闸故障的根本原因。针对此次故障从设计、施工、运维等方面提出详细的措施建议,提高软导线绝缘水平,确保电力系统安全稳定运行。The cause analysis of a 220kV transformer trip accident was carried out.According to the fault recording and on-site inspection,it was found that a phase-to-phase short circuit occurred in the flexible conductor between the low-voltage outlet on the 35kV side of the transformer and the main switch,which triggered the transformer differential protection action.The phase-to-phase distance calculation model was used to carry out,After checking the phase-to-phase distance of the flexible conductor,it was finally found that the sag and phase-to-phase distance of the faulty flexible conductor did not meet the requirements,which was the root cause of the tripping fault of the transformer.In response to this fault,detailed measures and suggestions are put forward in terms of design,construction,operation and maintenance,etc.,to improve the insulation level of flexible conductors and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
