全面从严治党视阈下大学生党员发展工作的路径思考

摘　　要：全面从严治党新形势对大学生党员发展工作提出了新挑战、新任务、新要求。文章对全面从严治党背景下大学生党员发展工作的时代意义进行探讨与思考,分析目前大学生党员发展工作存在的不足,从严以抓队伍、严以抓培养、严以抓教育、严以抓监督四个角度提出大学生党员发展工作的路径思考,以期促进大学生党员发展工作能够保质保量完成,并向高质量转化。The new situation of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party has put forward new challenges,new tasks and new requirements for the development of college students'Party members.The article discusses and thinks about the era significance of the development of college students'Party members under the background of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party and analyzes the current shortcomings of the development of college students'Party members.This paper proposes the path thinking of the development of college students'Party members from four perspectives:strict team building,strict cultivation,strict education and strict supervision,in order to complete the task of promoting the development of college students'Party members with quality and quantity,and towards high quality.
