摘 要:目的:探究鱼腥草水提液改善大强度训练小鼠氧化应激导致的糖原合成异常。方法:C组不进行运动,E组、E+H组完成6周大强度游泳训练,H组、E+H组训练前以120 mg·kg^(-1)体重灌胃鱼腥草水提取液,干预完成后,分别检测小鼠血清MDA、SOD、T-AOC含量及糖原、GSK、GLUT4含量。结果:大强度游泳训练小鼠血清SOD、T-AOC含量减少,MDA含量增加,同时大强度游泳训练降低小鼠糖原、GSK、GLUT4含量,鱼腥草水提液的补充提高大强度训练小鼠血清抗氧化酶含量,改善大强度训练小鼠氧化应缴水平,提高大强度训练小鼠糖原、GSK、GLUT4含量。结论:鱼腥草水提液可通过缓解大强度训练小鼠氧化应激水平,调控糖原合成。Objective:Te effect of Houttuynia cordata water extract on oxidative stress induced glycogen synthesis in mice with high intensity swimming training was explored.Method:C group did not exercise,and E and E+H group completed high intensity swimming training for 6 weeks.H and E+H were intragastric with Houttuynia cordata water extract at 120 mg·kg^(-1) body weight before training.After the intervention,the contents of MDA,SOD,T-AOC in serum and glycogen,GSK and GLUT4 in quadriceps and liver of mice were detected.Result:The contents of SOD and T-AOC in serum were decreased with high-intensity swimming training,while the contents of MDA increased.At the same time,the contents of glycogen,GSK and GLUT4 were decreased with high-intensity swimming training.The supplement of Houttuynia cordata water extract increased the contents of antioxidant enzymes in serum with high-intensity training,and alleviate the oxidation stress level with high-intensity training.The contents of glycogen,GSK and GLUT4 were increased.Conclusion:Houttuynia cordata water extract can regulate glycogen synthesis by alleviating oxidative stress level in high intensity training.
