未知原发灶的颈部淋巴结转移癌一例

摘　　要：原发灶不明的颈部淋巴结转移癌在临床上并不少见。该病虽明确诊断,但寻找原发灶却是一大难点。目前对该病的治疗仍没有统一的标准。治疗措施主要基于颈部淋巴结分期与病理类型等来决定。本文就我科收入的一例患者其诊疗经过报道如下,为今后相关临床工作提供参考。Neck lymph node metastatic carcinoma with unknown primary site is not uncommon in clinical practice.Although the diagnosis of the disease is clear,it is difficult to find the primary site.There is still no uniform standard for the treatment of the disease.Treatment are mainly based on cervical lymph node stage and pathological types.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of a patient in our department is reported as follows,which provides reference for future clinical work.
