耳聋患儿人工耳蜗植入手术实施精细化护理对并发症发生率及满意度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究耳聋患儿人工耳蜗植入手术实施精细化护理对并发症发生率及满意度的影响;方法遴选我院收治的100例耳聋患儿人工耳蜗植入手术围术期患儿为研究对象,研究时间为2018年1月~2020年12月,以电脑数字随机筛选的方式分为参照组与试验组各50例;参照组患儿实施常规护理,试验组患儿实施精细化护理,对比两组患儿术后并发症发生率及患儿和家属满意度。结果试验组患儿术后并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05),患儿和家属满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对耳聋患儿人工耳蜗植入手术围术期患儿实施精细化护理,可以有效降低并发症发生率,提高患儿和家属满意度,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of refined care of cochlear implant surgery in children with deafness on the incidence of complications and satisfaction;Method To select 100 deaf children with cochlear implant surgery in the perioperative period As the research object,the study time is from January 2018 to December 2020.The patients in the reference group and the test group are divided into 50 cases each by computer-digital random screening;the reference group is given routine care,and the test group is refined Nursing,compare the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction of children and their families between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the children and their families was high In the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing refined care for children with cochlear implant surgery in deaf children during the perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of children and their families.It is worthy of extensive clinical promotion application.
