摘 要:通过对吉林省高校少数民族学生在校园生活、人际交往、参加活动、学习情况、被关注程度等方面适应性问题进行调查,发现影响少数民族学生适应性的因素主要有性别因素、民族差异、来源地、年级差异、人际交往能力,影响少数民族学生适应性的原因主要包括性格原因、经济条件、语言原因等。在对策上,提出通过增进民族间交流、有效把握介入少数民族学生适应过程的时机、提供广泛学习交流的机会、培养少数民族学生干部等途径提升少数民族学生的适应性。By investigating the adaptability of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities in Jilin province in terms of campus life,interpersonal communication,participation in activities,learning and attention,it is found that the factors affecting the adaptability of ethnic minority students mainly include gender factors,ethnic differences,place of origin,grade differences and interpersonal communication ability.The reasons affecting the adaptability of ethnic minority students mainly include personality reasons,economic conditions language reasons,etc.In terms of countermeasures,it is proposed to improve the adaptability of ethnic minority students by improving inter ethnic exchanges,effectively grasping the opportunity to intervene in the adaptation process of ethnic minority students,providing opportunities for extensive learning and exchange,and cultivating ethnic minority student cadres.
