摘　　要：专创融合是新时代培养卓越、拔尖人才的重要路径与改革突破口,是应用型高校实现高质量发展的必由之路。以学生为中心,以多元反馈为导向,构建了专创教育并重的电商人才培养体系,包括特色鲜明的目标定位、有机完整的课程和实践体系、多元协同培养模式和途径、注重过程和衔接紧密的反馈评价体系等,为高素质应用型本科人才专创融合培养提供有益参考。The deep integration of innovation and specialty is an important path and reform breakthrough to rearbrilliant and outstanding talents in the new era,and is the only way for application-oriented universities to achieve high-quality development.Taking students as the center and multiple feedback as the guidance,the E-commerce talent training system with equal emphasis on specialty and innovation education is developed,including distinctive target positioning,rather complete theory and practice curriculum modules,collaborative training mode operated by multiple agents,close connection and feedback evaluation mechanism focusing on the learning process etc.The study provides a useful reference for the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented undergraduate talents.
