摘  要:对与“亲和力”有关的心理学研究成果进行总结和分析,提出提升高校思想政治教育亲和力的四个途径,一是从人际关系的心理特性入手,在“去权威化”“做受欢迎的人”上下功夫,来提升思想政治教育工作者亲和力;二是从大学生思维发展规律、个性发展规律、社会性发展规律入手,在“事实+道理”“实践+真理”“规范+道德”上下功夫,来提升思想政治教育内容亲和力;三是从教育目标的选择和设置、教育过程的持续和强化及教育效果的巩固和扩大入手,在“规划引领发展”“奖励机制”“示范教育”“教育互动”“目标导向”“积极合作”“正向赋能”上下功夫,提升思想政治教育方法亲和力;四是从物理环境的改造、人文环境的塑造入手,在“选择+创设”“挖掘+培育”上下功夫,提升思想政治教育环境亲和力。This paper summarizes and analyzes the psychological research results related to"affinity",and puts forward four ways to improve the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.First,it starts with the psychological characteristics of interpersonal relationship,and makes efforts on"de-authorizing"and"being popular"to improve the affinity of ideological and political education workers.Secondly,it starts with the law of thinking development,the law of personality development and the law of social development of college students,and works hard on"fact+truth","practice+truth"and"norm+morality"to improve the affinity of ideological and political education content.Thirdly,we should start with the selection and setting of educational objectives,the continuation and strengthening of educational process,and the consolidation and expansion of educational effects,and work hard on"planning and leading development","incentive mechanism","demonstration education","educational interaction","goal-oriented","positive cooperation"and"positive empowerment"to improve the affinity of ideological and political education methods.Fourthly,we should start with the transformation of physical environment and the shaping of humanistic environment,and work hard on"selection+creation"and"excavation+cultivation"to improve the environmental affinity of ideological and political education.
