摘 要:在城市地铁建设高速发展与地下空间资源集约复合利用的背景下,为满足软土地层工程建设对邻近地铁盾构隧道高效保护的工程需求,项目组采用病害调查统计、室内外试验、数值分析及工程监测验证等研究手段,建立了软土错缝拼装、凹凸榫连接的地铁盾构隧道结构安全控制指标和评估方法。提出了可考虑软土强结构性的亚塑性本构模型及参数,揭示了桩墙施工、基坑开挖、穿越等对地铁隧道的影响规律,发明了微扰动桩墙、时空效应定量控制等变形控制技术,研发了地铁隧道安全监测与修复加固技术,通过标准化全方位推动研究成果在大型交通枢纽、商业中心、公路隧道、综合管廊、亚运场馆及配套设施等工程建设中的应用。Under the background of rapid development of urban subway construction and intensive utilization of underground space,in order to meet the efficient protection needs of the construction engineering adjacent subway tunnel in soft soil,the research team carried out a series of studies using investigation and statistics,indoor and outdoor experiments,numerical analysis,as well as engineering monitoring and verification.The safety control index and evaluation method of subway tunnel structure with staggered assembling,concave and convex tenon connection are innovatively established.A hypoplastic constitutive model and parameters are proposed,which can take into account the strong structure of soft soil.The deformation law of subway tunnel caused by pile wall construction,foundation pit excavation and shield tunnel crossing are revealed.Deformation control technologies such as micro-disturbance pile wall and quantitative control of space-time effect are invented.Safety monitoring,repair and reinforcement technology for subway tunnels are developed.Through standardization,the research results are comprehensively promoted in the construction of large-scale transportation hubs,commercial centers,highway tunnels,integrated pipe corridors,Asian Games venues and supporting facilities.
