摘 要:本项目以构建城镇供水管网漏损系统性管控体系、提高漏损精细化管控水平为目标,提出了“真实漏失与计量损失协同、区域控漏与精准定位结合、技术降漏与管理降漏统筹”的漏损系统性管控模式,构建了漏损管控策略,研发出以漏损区域识别和优化分区为核心的区域控漏技术,形成了理论-技术-装备于一体的漏损系统性管控理论和技术体系。成果得到大规模应用,环境和经济效益显著,有力促进了城镇供水管网漏损控制工作从经验模式向智慧管控转型,支撑了供水管网从传统基础设施向新型智能基础设施发展。With the goal of building a systematic leakage control system in urban water distribution network and improving the precise level of leakage control,the project puts forward a systematic leakage control mode of"real leakage and measurement loss coordination,regional leakage control and accurate positioningcoordination,technical leakage reduction and management leakage reduction coordination",constructs a leakage control strategy,and develops a regional leakage control technology with leakage area identification and optimized zoning as the core.A systematic leakage control theory and technical system integrating theory,technology and equipment has been formed.The results have been applied on a large scale,with remarkable environmental and economic benefits,which has effectively promoted the transformation of urban water distribution network leakage control from empirical mode to intelligent control,and supported the development of water distribution network from traditional infrastructure to new intelligent infrastructure.
