摘  要:将高校视为单一主体的建设模式已经难以满足教师多样化发展需求,协同创新理论倡导多主体合作进行集体创新,从更高层面、更深层次对教师进行培育,打造教师命运共同体,促进师资队伍专业水平的提升。针对缺乏明确的教师教育目标、产学研融合观念不强、教师培育路径与形式单一等问题,探究优化高校师资队伍协同建设模式、强化校内外主体沟通交流等建设高水平师资队伍的路径,为提升教师综合素质,塑造高校核心竞争力提供可行性建议。The construction mode that regards colleges and universities as a single subject can hardly meet the diversified development needs of teachers.Collaborative innovation theory advocates multi-subject cooperation for collective innovation,which cultivates teachers from a higher and deeper level,creates a community of teachers’destiny,and promotes the professional level of teachers.On account of the problems such as lack of clear goals teacher education of careless about the system of production-learning-research,single training path for teachers,the paper explores ways to build a high-level faculty team,such as optimizing the collaborative construction model of university teaching staff and strengthening communication between internal and external subjects,so as to provide feasible suggestions for improving the comprehensive quality of teachers and shaping the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.
