摘　　要：近年来,黑龙江省高校以校企合作的方式进行人才培养模式改革并且取得了一定成绩,但同时也存在机制不健全、院校适应能力不强、企业参与职业教育发展动力不足和校企合作的有效模式待成型等问题。针对黑龙江省高校电气工程及其自动化专业基于OBE理念的校企合作进行了研究,分析了电气工程及其自动化专业人才培养校企合作存在的机制体制、校企教师培训和人才培养目标的实现程度等问题,并提出了完善校企合作相关制度体系、加强校企双方师资队伍建设和继续做好人才培养工作方面的建议。In recent years,colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province have carried out the reform of the talent training model by means of university-enterprise cooperation and achieved certain results,but at the same time,there are still some problems such as imperfect mechanism,weak adaptability of colleges and universities,lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in vocational education development and the effective mode of university-enterprise cooperation to be formed.This paper studies the university-enterprise cooperation based on the OBE concept in electrical engineering and automation majors in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the existing mechanism and system of university-enterprise cooperation in the training of electrical engineering and automation professionals,as well as university-enterprise teacher training and talent training goals.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the relevant system of university-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the construction of teaching staff on both universities and enterprises,and continue to do a good job in talent training.
