摘  要:新商科建设的关键在于商科人才培养模式的变革。对案例学校大数据管理与应用专业人才培养方案进行分析发现,该专业集中体现了商科人才培养从传统商科到新商科的发展趋势:在人才培养目标上,从侧重知识传授转变为注重知识、能力、素质综合发展;在课程体系上,从单一学科转变为跨学科交叉融合的课程设置;在教学方法上,从“教师为中心”转变为“教师-学生”双中心;在效果评价上,从单一结果性评价转变为全过程综合评价方式。可见,以跨学科思维培养复合型、综合性高素质人才将成为新商科人才培养的基本路径。The key to the construction of new business is the reform of business talent training mode.Through the analysis of the talent training scheme of big data management and application major in the case school,it is found that the major embodies the development trend of business talent training from traditional business to new business:the talent training goal has changed from focusing on knowledge to paying attention to the comprehensive development of knowledge,ability and quality;The curriculum system has changed from a single subject to an interdisciplinary and integrated curriculum;The teaching method has changed from"teacher-oriented"to"teacher-student"dual center;The effect evaluation has changed from single result evaluation to comprehensive evaluation of the whole process.It can be seen that cultivating compound and comprehensive high-quality talents with interdisciplinary thinking will become the basic path of new business talent training.
