摘 要:目的研究叙事团体辅导对男护士职业生涯规划与管理的影响,为护理管理者拓宽男护士职业生涯规划辅导模式提供参考依据,促进男护士职业发展。方法采用自身前后对照法,于2021年2月—3月,对山东省某三级甲等综合医院42名男护士进行为期3周的职业生涯规划叙事团体辅导,辅导结束后由护士长和护理部进行事后督导。培训前1周及护理部督导时采用职业生涯规划问卷及职业生涯管理问卷对研究对象进行调查。结果干预后,研究对象职业生涯规划问卷总分及职业目标与策略、继续学习、自我展示维度和职业生涯管理问卷总分及注重培训、提供职业信息、促进组织发展维度得分均有较大幅度提升(P<0.05),职业生涯规划问卷中注重关系维度及职业生涯管理问卷中晋升公平维度得分提高较少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论叙事团体辅导可以提高男护士职业生涯规划及职业生涯管理能力,促进男护士职业发展。但对于注重职场关系、晋升公平感受的提高无明显效果。Objective To provide a new way of career construction guidance to the administrators of hospital to improve professional career development of male nurses,through the way of group narrative career construction guidance.Methods From February to March,2021,we chose 42 male nurses in a tertiary hospital for a 3-week intensive career planning narrative group counseling.After the intensive counseling,post-supervision was provided by the head nurse and the nursing department.The nursing career planning questionnaire and nursing career management questionnaire were filled in the week before the training and in the post-supervision of the nursing department to evaluate our training effect.Results After the intervention,career construction,career goals and strategies,willingness to continue education,self-presentation,career management and training,senior career information gathering and willingness to dedicate into organizational development were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of career relationships and the fairness of promotion were not significantly improved(P>0.05).Conclusion Group narrative career construction guidance can improve the ability of career construct and management of male nurses,and further promote their career development.However,it has no obvious effect on the improvement of career relationship and promotion of fairness perception.
