摘　　要：新余钢铁集团有限公司(简称新钢)第二炼钢厂贯彻以“连铸恒拉速”为主线的生产思路。板坯恒拉速是铸机顺行及铸坯高质量生产的重要保证。影响连铸恒拉速的因素有高温钢水、水口蓄瘤、结晶器液面波动和生产节奏。通过采取引进新的浇注系统、改进操作工艺、更新系统软件及合理控制碳添加量为0.14%~0.16%等措施,恒拉速达标率达到85%以上,产品质量得到稳步提升。The second steelmaking plant of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.implements the production idea of“continuous casting and constant pulling speed”as the main line.The constant pulling speed of slabs is an important guarantee for the forward movement of casting machines and the high-quality production of casting blanks.The factors affecting the constant pulling speed of continuous casting are high temperature molten steel,nodules at the water outlet,fluctuation of the liquid level of the crystallizer and production rhythm.By introducing new pouring systems,improving operating processes,updating system software and reasonably controlling the amount of carbon added to 0.14%to 0.16%,the constant pulling speed compliance rate has reached more than 85%,and the product quality has been steadily improved.
