摘  要:高校教师职称制度改革是高校实现内涵式发展的重要“发动机”和“指挥棒”。回顾中华人民共和国成立以来高校教师职称改革的历史演变,经历了制度初建阶段,规范优化阶段,改革深化阶段。梳理高校教师职称制度改革的变迁逻辑,厘清高校教师职称制度改革的价值诉求,观照新时代办好人民满意教育的价值旨归,探索高校教师职称制度改革的突围路径:坚持师德为本,端正价值导向;注重综合评价,形成质量导向;创新评价机制,优化评审方法;合理配置资本,平衡主体诉求。The reform of the system of professional ranks and titles of university teachers is an“engine”and a“baton”for the connotative development of universities.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the evolution of the system has gone through three stages:the initial stage of system construction,the stage of standardization and optimization,and the stage of in⁃depth reform.This paper combs the changing logic and clarifies the value appeal of the reform,observes on the aim of providing high⁃quality education to people’s satisfaction in the new era,and explores the pathways for breakthrough.The reform pathways include:straightening value orientation by putting teachers’morality first;stressing on comprehensive evaluation to highlight quality orientation;innovating on the evaluation mechanism and optimizing the evaluation methods;optimizing the allocation of capital and balancing the appeals of the stakeholders.
