摘  要:环境生物技术是生物技术专业的一门专业选修课,本文阐述了该课程教学方法改革的必要性,通过优化课程内容,构建以学生为主体的高效课堂,通过“阅读文献-案例分析-PPT制作-小论文撰写”的教学方式的试行,构建注重过程追溯的考核评价,激发学生的求知欲,提高学生的兴趣与自主性,增强学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的综合能力,通过课程思政,进一步提升课程育人实效。为专业认证、复合型创新应用人才的培养奠定基础。Environmental biotechnology is an elective course for biotechnology majors. This paper expounds the necessity of reforming the teaching methods of this course. By optimizing the course content, constructing an efficient classroom with students as the main body, and through the trial implementation of the teaching method of “reading literature-case analysis-PPT production-small paper writing”, we can construct an assessment and evaluation that pays attention to process traceability, stimulate students’ desire for knowledge, and improve their interest and autonomy. Enhance students’ comprehensive ability to find, analyze and solve problems, and further improve the effectiveness of curriculum education through curriculum thinking and politics. It lays a foundation for professional certification and the cultivation of compound innovative and applied talents.
