摘  要:教育行业肩负着非常重大的责任,因此教育行业从业人员,尤其是教职工,工作压力非常大,这就要求教职工具备良好的心理素质。关注教职工心理健康方面的问题,对其不正常的心理状态进行一定的干预,是学校工会一项重要的工作。基于此,文章在分析新时代教职工心理健康问题产生原因的基础上,提出了工会维护教职工心理健康工作的要求并展开实践探索,以期促进教育事业的长远发展。Education industry shoulders a very important responsibility,so the education industry practitioners,especially the teaching staff,are under great work pressure,which requires the teaching staff to have good psychological quality.It is an important work for the school labor union to pay attention to mental health problems of the teaching staff and intervene in their abnormal mental state.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of analyzing the causes of mental health problems of the teaching staff in the new era,puts forward requirements for the labor union to maintain mental health of the teaching staff and conducts practical exploration,so as to promote the long-term development of education.
