P3/4HB/PBS/MAH复合材料的机械性能及降解研究

摘  要:在配比为9:1的P3/4HB/PBS共混物体系中添加不同比例的接枝剂—马来酸苷(MAH)制得P3/4HB/PBS/MAH改性材料。MAH含量为0.7%时复合材料的拉伸强度增强20%,断裂伸长率增大了425%,杨氏模量也较小,MAH的添加增强了P3/4HB/PBS的机械性能。MAH含量为0.7%时复合材料水接触角最大,水溶性降低,MAH的添加增强了复合材料的亲水性能和稳定性,从而加快了复合材料的生物降解性能,120 h复合材料的降解率可达89%,材料中的P3/4HB基本被完全降解。FTIR表明MAH的加入使PBS与P3/4HB发生了接枝聚合反应。TG和XRD发现MAH的添加拓宽了材料的加工范围,减小了材料的结晶度,提高了复合材料的热稳定性和生物相容性。The P3/4 HB/PBS/MAH modified material was prepared by adding different proportions of maleic anhydride(MAH) to the P3/4 HB/PBS blend system with a ratio of 9:1.When P3/4 HB:PBS is 9:1 and MAH content is 0.7%,the tensile strength of the composite material is increased by 20%,the elongation at break is increased by 425%,and the Young’s modulus is also smaller,the addition of MAH enhances the mechanical properties of P3/4 HB/PBS.When the MAH content is 0.7%,the water contact angle of the composite material is the largest,and the water solubility is reduced.The addition of MAH enhances the hydrophilic performance and stability of the composite material,thereby accelerating the biodegradability of the composite material,and the degradation rate of the composite material can reach 89% when 120 hours later,P3/4 HB in the material is basically completely degraded.The addition of MAH caused a new absorption peak between PBS and P3/4 HB,which caused a graft polymerization reaction between PBS and P3/4 HB.The addition of MAH broadens the processing range of the material,reduces the crystallinity of the material,and improves the thermal stability and biocompatibility of the composite material.
