摘 要:PBAT作为一种热塑性易降解塑料,受到研究者广泛关注,但其较高的成本限制其应用。以淀粉改性PBAT,期望获得成本低、性能好的复合材料。结果表明:随着淀粉含量的增加,PBAT/淀粉复合材料断裂伸长率先降低后增加,拉伸强度和拉伸断裂应力呈现一定程度的下降趋势;冲击强度随淀粉含量的增加呈现大幅度上升趋势,当淀粉含量50%时,PBAT/淀粉复合材料冲击强度升高了165.3%;淀粉对PBAT/淀粉复合材料的维卡软化温度影响较大,随着淀粉含量的增加,维卡软化点下降20.8℃;淀粉中羟基的存在也极大影响复合材料对水分的吸收。As a thermoplastic easily degradable plastic,PBAT has received extensive attention from researchers,but its high cost limits its application.In this paper,starch modified PBAT was studied,and the composite was expected with low cost and good performance.The results showed that,with the increase of starch content,the elongation at break of PBAT/starch composites decreased at first and then increased,and the tensile strength continued to decrease.The impact strength showed a significant upward trend with the increase of canonical content,the impact strength of PBAT/starch composites increased by 165.3%;starch had a great influence on the Vicat softening temperature of PBAT/starch composites,with the increase of starch content,the Vicat softening point decreased by 20.8℃;the presence of hydroxyl groups in starch also greatly affects the absorption of moisture of the composite material.
