摘  要:为探索瑶药紫九牛活性成分,对紫九牛化学成分进行检测。结果表明:紫九牛含有氨基酸、多糖、苷、有机酸、酚类及鞣质、香豆素、蒽醌、甾体及三萜和生物碱。在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验考察提取温度、提取时间、乙醇体积分数和料液比对提取物多酚含量的影响。紫九牛多酚物质最佳提取条件:提取时间80 min,料液比1∶30,提取温度70℃,乙醇体积分数60%。对总多酚含量影响最大的为乙醇体积分数,影响最小的为提取温度,紫九牛总多酚含量可达8.11 mg/g。In order to identify the functional compositions of Ventilago leiocarpa Benth.,the chemical compositions are analyzed in this paper.The result of qualitative analysis on V.leiocarpa Benth showed that the material contains amino acids,polysaccharide,glycosides,organic acids,phenols and tannins,coumarins,glycosides,anthraquinones,steroids,triterpenes,and alkaloids.Based on single factor tests,optimum extraction conditions of couplet medicines extract were selected by orthogonal test.Optimum reflux extraction polyphenols process was as follows:extraction time 80 min,material-liquid ratio 1∶30,extraction temperature 70℃,ethanol concentration 60%.The ethanol concentration has the greatest effect on the total polyphenol content,and the extraction temperature has the least effect.The total polyphenol content of V.leiocarpa Benth can reach 8.11 mg/g.
